We have implemented a variety of new protocols and elevated practices, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping with our high standards of cleanliness and commitment to providing excellent service. We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay. Here is what to expect during your stay at Bay 15

For Guests:

  • Thermal temperature checks are done at Check In. Installation of Arogya Sethu app is mandatory.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
  • Protective glass shields have been installed at front desks (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas
  • Sanitizers are placed in the rooms
  • No valet service is currently available for parking

We have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in restrooms, and reception area as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Housekeeping Services: Have been revised to limit staff interactions and your rooms will be serviced every third day or upon your request only between 9am and 6pm. (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We’re utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
  • Room Amenities: 
    • Minibars – Sanitized and placed in room. (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
    • Coffee machines & Kettles – Sanitized for your safety. Contactless coffee delivery available upon request. (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
    • Basic guest room bathroom amenities available. All other amenities, available on request.
  • On Arrival: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it. (Only if Bay15 is carrying this out)
